Kuza Nia
Kuza Nia is a transformative initiative that equips young people—both girls and boys—with knowledge and mentorship on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). With a strong focus on reducing period shaming, preventing new HIV infections, and addressing gender-based violence (GBV), the project fosters inclusive, informed conversations. Boys are engaged as key allies and champions of change, helping to dismantle harmful gender norms.

Eagle Green
Eagle Green empowers women and youth through sustainable agriculture and climate-smart farming practices. The project provides training in organic farming, kitchen gardening, permaculture, and water conservation—equipping participants to grow nutritious food while protecting the environment. Eagle Green also promotes agribusiness entrepreneurship, helping women turn farming into a reliable source of income. Through this initiative, we are nurturing climate resilience, improving food security, and advancing women’s leadership in environmental conservation.

SHE Builds
An initiative focused on hands-on skills training for youth in the local manufacturing sector, specifically digital fabrication. SHE Builds equips girls and boys with practical skills to thrive in manufacturing, encouraging more women to enter and succeed in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Dialogue Mtaani
Dialogue Mtaani creates safe spaces for community dialogue to address GBV, promote gender equality, and support the mental and emotional well-being of women and girls. The initiative combines education, storytelling, and advocacy to challenge social norms and foster a culture of respect, safety, and inclusion in urban and rural communities.

Eagle Craft
Eagle Craft is a creative, hands-on project that teaches youth and women how to design, build, and innovate using locally available materials. From weaving table mats with water hyacinth to crafting decorative items, the project nurtures entrepreneurship, environmental responsibility, and local ingenuity while offering practical income-generating skills.

Voice Out Campaign
A digital advocacy movement, #VoiceOut Campaign leverages social media and digital storytelling to raise awareness and end gender-based violence. It empowers youth and women to speak out, fostering a strong online community of change-makers dedicated to challenging harmful norms.
